Coratina olives are unique in that they contain three times more antioxidant polyphenols than any other olive variety, giving the olive oil an intense flavor with spicy notes. The taste is extremely well-balanced, without the spicy bitterness that sometimes accompanies regular olive oils. Each Muraglia ceramic bottle is handmade and hand-painted.
