Olive oil with an intensely fruity flavor is made from cold-pressed Coratina olives – a variety that comes from the Apulia region of Italy, where Muraglia's olive groves are located. Coratina olives are unique in that they contain three times more antioxidant polyphenols than any other olive variety, giving the olive oil an intense flavor with spicy notes.
